WHF awarded RSC with the grant to create healthy sleep cartoons
Animated videos show the basic principles of healthy sleep and what can disturb it. Medical professionals from the Almazov National Medical Research Centre, artists from the children's animation studio TAK (Varya Abakumova) and staff of the Museum of Health took part in the creation and development of the video materials.
These cartoons answer important questions of children and their parents - how to keep a sleep routine, why not fall asleep in the evening and what to do to avoid having nightmares.
In total, with the support of the World Heart Federation, 5 of them will be made both in Russian and in English.
